Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MultiSheet add-on ("MultiSheet", "the add-on") for Google Sheets, provided by MultiSheet Labs ("we", "us"). By installing or using MultiSheet, you agree to these Terms.

The service

MultiSheet is a free Google Sheets add-on that helps you manage sheet tabs — hiding, reordering, renaming, duplicating, deleting, and exporting them. MultiSheet operates entirely within your own Google account via Google Apps Script.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MultiSheet only for its intended purpose and in compliance with Google's own Terms of Service and Workspace Marketplace policies.

No warranty

MultiSheet is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the add-on will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MultiSheet Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MultiSheet, including any loss of data. We recommend keeping your own backups of important spreadsheets before making bulk changes.

Changes and discontinuation

We may update, modify, or discontinue MultiSheet at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through the Google Workspace Marketplace listing.

Termination

You may stop using MultiSheet at any time by uninstalling it from your Google Sheets add-ons.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
