Common questions

Does MultiSheet see my data?

MultiSheet never sends your spreadsheet content to MultiSheet Labs or to any third-party server. Most actions — like hiding, sorting, and renaming — only touch sheet names and order, not what's inside your cells. A few features (Duplicate, Download Selected, and the backup Undo uses) do need to read and copy your sheet content, but that happens entirely inside your own Google account, using Google's own infrastructure. MultiSheet Labs doesn't keep a database of your spreadsheet contents anywhere. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I deleted a sheet by mistake — can I get it back?

Use the Undo button in the MultiSheet sidebar right after the action. Undo supports multiple recent actions, not just the last one.

A download didn't work

Try again after refreshing the sidebar. If it still fails, email us with the sheet name and the format you were exporting (PDF, CSV, or XLSX).
